About the HIMT Club
The Health Information Management Technology (HIMT) Club at Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C) is a student-led organization dedicated to supporting and connecting future health information professionals. We connect students with meaningful opportunities in the rapidly evolving field of health information management.
Our mission is to:

• Promote academic excellence in the HIMT program
• Provide leadership and volunteer opportunities
• Foster professional networking and career readiness
• Increase awareness of the HIM profession

Through meetings, guest speakers, conference participation, and collaborative events, the HIMT Club creates a supportive community where students develop academically, professionally, and personally.
We proudly support students pursuing careers in health data management, medical coding, compliance, privacy, and information governance.
